Kayla interns at Janji

Janji published their top 10 highlights of 2014 yesterday and gave Kayla a shout out for her work revamping the company’s website/sales platform:

#10: New Website
From an outsider, this might not seem like a big deal. The site design didn’t even change too much. But oh what a switch it was. We had an amazing intern (shoutout Kayla Prior!) design and develop our new site. The pictures are prettier. The descriptions are better. And boy oh boy is it easier to use from the administrator side. Last year, we couldn’t give our customer tracking numbers. Now we just press a button and the fulfillment takes care of itself.

One of the founders described Kayla’s work for the company in a LinkedIn recommendation:

Marine Corps Marathon Weekend

Words can’t capture this weekend — for now pictures will have to do, and one phrase from back of Brianna’s shirt that captures her spirit…I run with Marines.

The photo gallery from the 2014 Marine Corps Marathon Weekend is uploaded, including two from the Marine Corps Marathon Official Flickr Stream approaching finish and getting her medal.

A big thanks to Aunt Pat for hosting and logistics. I was on airplane home and wondered — “how did all these marathoners get a post-checkout shower at their hotel?”.

Here is a video of Brianna’s race:

Here is video of Karen finishing at 4:28:15 gun time (8:15 into video).

Here are some congrats from Eric: video
